Parcel 8 & 9 LOWELL — New Apartments Coming to Lowell 2021!

WinnCompanies expects to break ground on parcels eight and nine as early as December 2019. The development includes the construction of two five-story buildings with 125-units of mixed-income housing and 5,000-square-feet of retail. It’s projected to cost about $50 million with hard construction totaling to $38.3 million.

Of the building’s 125 residential units, 32 will be market rate and 54 units will be available to people making 80-100% of the Area Median Income, or AMI. The remainder will be affordable units. Out of this last group, 12 will be available to people making 30% of the AMI, 14 will be available to people making 50% of the AMI and 13 will be available to people making 60% of the AMI.
